But with more than 100 wine tours, numerous visits to the very best local food and wine producers, an intensive Master's degree at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners in the Piemonte, a few years of working&cooking in Alto Adige and Emilia Romagna, I can say i'm an 'expert' without arrogance.
